Overlake Medical Center & Clinics in Bellevue, KY is seeking a Health Unit Coordinator for the Labor & Delivery unit. The role is 9 FTE (72 hours per two-week pay period) on 12-hour night shifts (1815 - 0645). Pay range is $25.95 - $38.38 hourly, with benefits and growth opportunities.

Qualifications

Overlake Medical Center's Labor & Delivery unit has an exciting opportunity for a Health Unit Coordinator!The Health Unit Coordinator performs a variety of clerical, coordinating and communication activities to support unit operations.

Our Labor and Delivery Department includes a 6-bed medical screening observation room along with 12 private labor, delivery and recovery suites with bedside newborn admits. The unit also features 3 operating rooms for Caesarean section deliveries and 3 PACU recovery rooms. In addition, we also have direct access to our NICU.

.9 FTE (72 hours per two-week pay period)

Night shift

12-hour shifts (1815 - 0645)

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent required

• Experience as a Health Unit Coordinator or experience in a related field preferred

• Exceptional customer services skills and strong desire to work in a fast-paced environment

• Familiarity with medical terminology

• Effective organization and interpersonal communication skills

• Familiarity with computers required

• EPICexperience preferred
