Ansible Government Solutions, LLC seeks a full-time Health Technician to support the C.W. Bill Young VA Medical Center in Bay Pines, FL. You will coordinate meal service, work with dietitians, and ensure adherence to therapeutic diets for patients.

Candidates should have technician experience or a relevant bachelor’s degree; transcripts may be required. You must be able to lift up to 50 lbs and perform varied duties in a healthcare setting.

Qualificações

• Technician experience or a 4-year degree with relevant nutrition-related study.

Responsabilidades

• Handles patient meal service orders and enters them into the Dietetics Software system.
• Provides professional customer service via phone, email, and in person.
• Collaborates with dietitians on food/drug interactions and tray delivery issues.
• Interprets and processes diet orders and reviews meal tickets.
• Triages calls from inpatient units and clinics regarding meals and nourishment.
• Prepares and retrieves recipes, menus, and inventory reports as needed.
