Qualifications

- Strong organizational, analytical, and critical-thinking skills.
- Excellent academic credentials and communication skills.
- Active member in good standing of the Bar in the jurisdiction(s) where admitted.
Responsibilities
- Draft, review, and negotiate commercial technology agreements, including software and SaaS agreements.
- Handle data licensing and use agreements, cloud services agreements, and professional services agreements.
- Advise on strategic collaboration agreements and digital health products and services.
- Provide guidance on privacy and data security laws applicable to health care and technology.
- Manage transactions independently and collaborate with senior attorneys and clients.
