Job summary

BCG Attorney Search seeks a mid-level to senior associate (4–8 years) for its Technology Transactions, Cybersecurity, and Privacy Practice Group in Palo Alto, CA. The role focuses on technology transactions in health care and life sciences, including software, SaaS, data licensing, and AI matters.

You will draft, review, and negotiate diverse agreements, advise on data protection provisions, and collaborate with senior attorneys to manage complex transactions.

• Engage in strategic collaboration agreements and agreements involving digital health products and services.
• Advise on health technology and artificial intelligence matters.
• Negotiate business associate agreements and data protection provisions.
