You will draft, review, and negotiate technology agreements, advise on privacy and data security laws, and manage transactions with guidance from senior attorneys and clients.

Qualifications

• 4–8 years of relevant experience in technology transactions.
• Strong writing, drafting, negotiation, and communication skills.
• Experience with SaaS, data licensing, and cloud service agreements.
• Familiarity with HIPAA and health privacy laws.
