- Active Bar membership in the jurisdiction(s) where admitted to practice.
Responsibilities
- Draft, review, and negotiate commercial technology agreements, including software and SaaS agreements.
- Handle data licensing and use agreements, cloud services agreements, and professional services agreements.
- Advise on strategic collaboration agreements and digital health products and services.
- Provide guidance on privacy and data security laws applicable to health care and health technology.
- Manage transactions independently and collaborate with senior attorneys and clients.
