BCG Attorney Search in Nashville, TN seeks a mid-level to senior associate with 4-8 years of experience to join the Technology Transactions, Cybersecurity, and Privacy Practice Group, focusing on health care and life sciences technology transactions.

You will draft and negotiate software and SaaS agreements, handle data licensing and cloud services agreements, and advise on privacy and data security laws. Strong writing, negotiation, and Bar admission required.

Qualifications

• 4-8 years of relevant experience in technology transactions.
• Experience in health care and life sciences sectors preferred.
• Knowledge of HIPAA and state health and consumer privacy laws.
• Experience with AI-enabled products and digital health solutions preferred.
• Strong organizational, analytical, and critical-thinking skills.
• Education: JD from an ABA-accredited law school with strong academic credentials.
• Certifications: Active Bar membership in the jurisdiction(s) where admitted to practice.
• Timely admission to the Bar of the state where the hiring office is located is required.

Responsabilités

• Draft, review, and negotiate commercial technology agreements, including software and SaaS agreements.
• Handle data licensing and use agreements, cloud services agreements, and professional services agreements.
• Advise on strategic collaboration agreements and digital health products and services.
• Provide guidance on privacy and data security laws applicable to health care and technology.
• Manage transactions independently and collaborate with senior attorneys and clients.
