Job summary

BCG Attorney Search seeks a mid-level to senior Associate with 4–8 years of technology transactions experience for a Florida-based role focusing on healthcare and life sciences sectors. You will draft and negotiate technology agreements, advise on privacy laws, and manage transactions with senior attorneys and clients.

The position requires a JD from an ABA-accredited law school, active bar status, and strong writing and negotiation skills.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of HIPAA and state health/privacy laws.
• Experience with AI-enabled health tech products.
• Experience negotiating business associate agreements and data protection provisions.
• Strong writing, drafting, and negotiation skills.

Responsibilities

• Draft, review, and negotiate commercial technology agreements.
• Advise on privacy and data security laws applicable to health care.
• Manage transactions independently and collaborate with senior attorneys and clients.
• Provide counsel on health technology and AI matters.
