Job summary

Bayer is seeking a National Account Director for Health Systems in the United States. The role drives sales and market growth within large healthcare systems, IDNs, and other organized customers.

You will collaborate with regional leaders, medical teams and marketing to execute strategy, deliver sales goals, and support initiatives. Required are 5+ years in pharmaceutical sales to hospitals/health systems, with strong formulary/pathway knowledge and travel readiness.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
• Minimum of 5 years of pharmaceutical sales experience with hospital/health system accounts.
• Experience with formulary and pathway adoption in health systems.

Responsibilities

• Develop a strategic account sales plan to achieve or exceed sales targets within targeted health systems.
• Collaborate with RADs and AGMs to identify opportunities and win new business in health systems.
• Monitor market trends and adjust sales strategies to maintain a competitive edge.
• Lead and motivate a team to achieve sales goals.
• Travel 25–50% regionally and nationally as required.
