Qualifications

• Graduate program completion in business, management or public administration, public health or health administration.
• 12 months experience delivering a health services program or health services project management.
• Or equivalent of Minimum Class Qualifications may substitute for experience, but not licensure.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate Medicaid programs and initiatives for children to transform health systems.
• Conduct program development, analysis and comparative studies to measure impact.
• Evaluate provider performance and goal achievement in state-directed payments for children.
• Provide strategic oversight of policies governing state-directed payments and similar programs.
• Analyze federal and state regulations to ensure program compliance.
