Job summary

Ohio Department of Medicaid is seeking a Health Innovation Research Manager to lead evaluation of Medicaid programs and partner with Ohio's academic and health leaders. You will analyze data, develop programs, and oversee quality initiatives under the Health Innovation & Quality Office.

The role requires graduate-level training in health administration or related field and at least 12 months of health services experience.

Qualifications

• Graduate core program in business, management or public administration or public health/health administration.
• 12 months experience delivering a health services program or project management.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate Medicaid programs and transform health systems through academic partnerships.
• Conduct program development, analysis and comparative studies of transformation initiatives.
• Assess practices to improve chronic disease prevention and access to care.
• Provide oversight of policies for MedTAPP and related programs.
• Analyze federal/state regulations to ensure compliance.
