Job summary

The Minnesota Department of Health is seeking a Health System Performance Planner to lead efforts in strengthening Minnesota’s public health system. The role focuses on transforming and improving system performance, engaging with state, local, and Tribal partners to measure and enhance outcomes.

You will develop, coordinate, and manage projects, analyze data, and provide strategic recommendations to advance equity and responsiveness in public health.

Qualifications

• Three years of experience managing public health performance or quality improvement projects.
• Experience with performance measurement, analyzing data, and quality improvement.
• Experience preparing reports, presentations, and facilitating meetings.
• Experience working for government state, local or tribal public health.
