Job summary

Blue Cross and Blue Shield of Minnesota is seeking a Medicaid Program Health Manager to drive design, development, and evaluation of programs within the Medicaid Performance Hub. You will transform operational, clinical, and state/county data into actionable insights for leadership and ensure contractual alignment while coordinating multiple initiatives.

You will monitor metrics, support plan updates, and collaborate with leadership to manage change, deadlines, and stakeholder needs in a hybrid

Qualifications

3+ years of project/program management experience.
Bachelor’s degree; in lieu of a degree, two additional years of relevant experience may be accepted.
Experience with data-driven decision-making and analytics.

Responsibilities

Support the design, development, implementation, and evaluation of strategic programs.
Maintain strategic relationships with internal and external partners to incorporate market considerations.
Support business decision-making to ensure capabilities meet market expectations and explore alternatives.
Manage multiple programs and align strategies with solutions through effective influencing.
