Job summary

McKesson is seeking a Director of Health System Solution Enablement to manage health system customer relationships and drive onboarding, adoption, and value realization across the portfolio. You will collaborate with Product, Sales, Analytics, Technology, and Operations teams to address customer needs and improve outcomes.

The role emphasizes leading enablement programs, monitoring utilization, and guiding customers through change management and new product capabilities.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of relevant experience in healthcare technology, customer success, analytics, or related fields.
• Experience supporting health system customers and enablement initiatives.
• Ability to collaborate with product, sales, analytics, and operations teams.

Responsibilities

• Support onboarding, adoption, and enablement activities across assigned accounts using established methodologies.
• Execute customer success plans aligned with business objectives, adoption goals, and value realization.
• Provide guidance on solution utilization and best practices to customer stakeholders.
• Monitor utilization patterns with analytics tools and recommend actions to improve adoption.
• Manage day-to-day relationships and participate in reviews with customer stakeholders.
• Contribute to cross-functional initiatives with Product, Technology, Analytics, Commercial, and Operations teams.
• Deliver onboarding programs, training curricula, and adoption resources for customers.
• Summarize customer observations and feedback to Product, Commercial and Leadership teams.
