Job summary

McKesson is seeking a Director, Technology Enablement & Delivery Flow to lead and evolve the organization’s delivery operating model. You will drive enablement, governance, and organizational effectiveness across multiple technology domains to accelerate value realization.

You will partner with senior technology and business leaders to remove impediments, scale agile practices, and ensure delivery organizations align to enterprise priorities and strategic outcomes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Computer Science or a related field.
• 12–15+ years in technology delivery, operations, or transformation.
• 5+ years of people leadership in delivery organizations.
• Experience leading large-scale technology portfolios and transformation initiatives.
• Experience with Agile, Lean, Product, DevOps and modern delivery practices.

Responsibilities

• Lead strategy, operating model, and execution of technology enablement across product, platform, and engineering teams.
• Establish governance processes to improve delivery predictability and business alignment.
• Drive improvements to reduce delivery friction and improve cross-functional coordination.
• Develop roadmaps to enhance delivery capabilities, tools, and organizational effectiveness.
