Job summary

Captive Resources, LLC is seeking a capable leader to run the Health Solutions captive support team. You will direct day-to-day operations, align with program management leadership, and ensure service levels support enterprise goals.

A Bachelor's degree and 5+ years’ related experience, including 2+ years in supervision, are required. This full-time, hybrid role based at the corporate office in Itasca, IL, offers a path to drive continuous improvement, mentor staff, and ensure timely delivery of

Qualifications

Bachelor’s Degree or Equivalency in a related discipline.
Five (5) plus years of related experience with at least two (2) years in a role requiring oversight of people.

Responsibilities

Oversee the day-to-day operations of the captive support team for Health Solutions.
Collaborate with Program Management Leadership to meet enterprise objectives and SLAs.
Drive continuous improvement of processes and ensure delivery and results.
Manage personnel in the Health Solutions captive support team and hold quarterly 1:1s.
Lead monthly full-team meetings and coach staff on time management and conflict resolution.
