Responsibilities

• Oversee the Health Solutions captive support team day-to-day operations.
• Evaluate service level agreements to ensure targets align with objectives.
• Drive continual process improvement to meet enterprise goals.
• Lead, manage, and develop staff, including performance reviews and career planning.
• Hold quarterly one-on-one touchpoints and monthly full-team meetings.
• Foster a collaborative and supportive work environment.
