Qualifications

• Ten plus years in group health and benefits industry.
• Strong organizational and project management skills.
• Active life and health insurance license (can be fulfilled post-hire).

Responsibilities

• Lead Health Solutions client team with Account Executive oversight.
• Serve as primary day-to-day contact for clients and manage deliverables.
• Mentor, coach, and guide junior staff; coordinate cross-functional teams.
