AON is seeking a Health & Benefits AVP to serve as the Lead Consultant on the Health Solutions client team in a hybrid role based in Tampa, Florida. Responsibilities include overseeing client deliverables, managing internal teams, and mentoring junior staff. The ideal candidate will have over 8 years of experience in the health and benefits industry with strong project management skills. The position offers a competitive salary range of $130,000 to $150,000 annually, plus eligibility for an annual discretionary bonus.

• Strong working knowledge of benefits.
• Excellent organizational and project management skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead integrated internal Aon teams.
• Foster relationships with client vendor partners.
