Job summary

Benton County seeks a Health Services Operations Manager to lead operational development of Behavioral Health and related Health Services programs. You will translate strategic priorities into standardized practices, improving access, quality, compliance, and financial performance while guiding cross-functional teams.

The role requires a Bachelor’s degree with at least five years of relevant experience, including supervisory responsibilities.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in a field related to the assignment; five years of progressively responsible professional experience in the area, including at least two years of supervisory experience.

Responsibilities

Provide operational leadership to strengthen effectiveness, efficiency, integration, and sustainability of Health Services programs.
Translate priorities into standardized operational practices to improve access, quality, compliance, workforce effectiveness, financial performance, and patient/service experiences.
Develop, implement, and continuously improve operational systems, workflows, and business processes while aligning with regulatory, funding, and program requirements.
Collaborate across Health Services to identify opportunities for operational alignment and standardized practices.
Exercise independent judgment and advise executive leadership on operational planning and continuous improvement.
