Job summary

Benton County Health Services is seeking a Crisis & Forensics Program Manager to oversee clinical operations, supervision, and 24/7 on-call coverage. You’ll lead QMHPs, QMHAs, Peer Support Specialists, and technicians while coordinating with law enforcement and hospitals in crisis responses.

Ideal applicants hold a Master’s in behavioral health and an Oregon license, with strong leadership, risk assessment, and quality-improvement skills. Evening shift, with potential holiday coverage, awaits.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in a related behavioral health field and active Oregon license (LPC/LCSW/LMFT).
• Experience supervising QMHPs, QMHAs, and crisis/forensic staff.
• Knowledge of crisis intervention models, risk assessments, and civil commitment processes.
• Ability to lead quality improvement initiatives and data-informed decisions.

Responsibilities

• Direct clinical and administrative oversight of QMHPs, QMHAs, Peer Specialists, and Behavioral Health Technicians.
• Manage late shift operations, risk assessments, and forensic protocols.
• Provide after-hours clinical consultation and on-site deployment when needed.
• Ensure compliance with policies, statutes, and funding requirements.
• Build partnerships with law enforcement, hospital staff, courts, and community providers.
