Longterm Health Management Services in Bloomington, IN seeks a Director of Nursing to lead our Clinical Department in a skilled nursing setting. You will ensure residents receive an unparalleled standard of care and drive department goals with a collaborative, inclusive leadership style.

The ideal candidate holds a Bachelor's in Science or Nursing, an active RN license, and at least 5 years of RN experience with prior department management.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Science, Nursing or related field.
• Unencumbered RN license.
• 5 years of RN experience.
• Experience managing a department. Prior Director of Nursing or SNF experience is preferable.

Responsibilities

• Lead the Clinical Department to ensure residents receive the high standard of care.
• Set and attain Nursing Department goals and metrics.
• Inspire the clinical team and provide creative problem solving.
• Oversee all aspects of the Clinical Department.
