Job summary

Transforming Age in Seattle, WA is hiring a Health Services Director to lead nursing and clinical operations across our community. You will supervise healthcare staff, coordinate patient care plans, ensure regulatory compliance, and partner with residents and families to deliver compassionate service.

The ideal candidate is a WA-licensed RN or LPN with at least two years in nursing, experience in Assisted Living/Memory Care, strong leadership and teaching skills, and proficiency with Microsoft

Qualifications

• Licensed as a Registered Nurse or Licensed Practical Nurse in state of Washington.
• Minimum of two years’ experience in Nursing.
• Experience in Assisted Living, Memory Care is preferred.
• Excellent written and communication skills.
• Ability to work in a consulting role on a regional and facility level.
• Strong leadership and teaching skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite products.

Responsibilities

• Supervise healthcare personnel including hiring, training, evaluating and counseling within policies.
• Plan, implement, supervise, and schedule nursing services.
• Administer and coordinate medications; serve as community’s Registered Nurse.
• Coordinate with residents and families to develop and implement care plans.
• Participate in on-call rotation.
• May supervise licensed nurses and nurse’s aides.
