Job summary

Rolla Presbyterian Manor is seeking a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to provide routine daily nursing care as per the resident's plan of care. The role emphasizes resident-centered care in a faith-based, not-for-profit setting.

Starting pay is $18.25 per hour with a weekend differential and a $1,200 sign-on bonus. Benefits include loan repayment, scholarships, health/dental/vision insurance, CEUs, a 403(b) plan, and more.

Qualifications

A Certified Nurse Assistant (CNA) is responsible for providing residents with routine daily nursing care in accordance with the resident's assessment and plan of care, and as may be directed by the department director or supervisor. Reflects the value that the resident comes first. The employee values the Community as the residents’ home and works to create attributes of home and models person centered care.

Sign-On Bonus: $1,200. Starting pay $18.25 per hour PLUS Weekend Differential. Additional Pay based upon experience.

Education, Experience And/or Training

• Must be a Certified Nursing Assistant in accordance with laws of the state.
• High School diploma or equivalent desired.
