Job summary

PMMA (Presbyterian Manors of Mid-America®) in Wichita, KS is seeking a Certified Nursing Assistant to provide daily nursing care to residents according to their care plans. You will work with a caring team in a faith-based, not-for-profit setting focused on home-like, person-centered care.

Starting at $16.50 per hour with shift and weekend differentials, additional pay is available based on experience. Must hold a valid CNA certification in the state.

Qualifications

• Must be a Certified Nursing Assistant in accordance with laws of the state.

Responsibilities

• Provide routine daily nursing care to residents per the resident's assessment and plan of care.
• Follow directions from the department director or supervisor.

A Certified Nurse Assistant (CNA) is responsible for providing residents with routine daily nursing care in accordance with the resident's assessment and plan of care, and as may be directed by the department director or supervisor. Reflects the value that the resident comes first. The employee values the Community as the residents’ home and works to create attributes of home and models person centered care.

Starting at $16.50 an hour PLUS Shift and Weekend Differential with our PREMIUM PAY PLAN. Additional Pay based upon experience.
