This is a one-year term position that supports the Health Service IT with the clinical and administrative systems used by health service staff. The Health Service IT Assistant supports the Health Service Systems Administrator by acting as a departmental customer service agent supporting staff needs through several large projects over the next year including inventory management, device setup, report creation, and troubleshooting issues.

Troubleshoots and addresses issues reported by staff and campus services that affect DSHS systems. (Closely screens Health Services IT and individual campus email accounts as well as campus IT ticketing system for Health Services issues.)

Manages Health Services computer inventory through the Campus CAP program. This includes ordering and configuring desktops/laptops and monitors.

Manages user account process including the updating and creation of PNC user accounts, EDH access and Castries configuration.
