Job summary

Qualifications

• Associates or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• At least one year of experience with complex administrative information systems.

Responsibilities

• SHS IT project management including correction of medical record data issues for incoming student data and updating the user/provider table in PNC.
• Addresses issues reported by staff and campus services affecting Health Services IT and campus email and ticketing systems.
• Manages Health Services computer inventory through the Campus CAP program: ordering and configuring desktops/laptops and monitors.
• Manages user account processes including updating/creating PNC user accounts, EDH access, and Castries configuration.
• Demonstrates professionalism and collegiality; performs other duties as assigned.
