Job summary

Flynn Group of Companies is seeking a Site Safety Specialist located in Boise, Idaho. This role focuses on overseeing the safety and health program on construction sites. A Day in the Life / Responsibilities

• Overall administration of company safety & health program
• Role located at the job site, may require travel; overtime paid
• Supervision and support of all company safety standards
• Safety training and education
• Insurance claims and management
• Jobsite safety inspections and data analysis
• Incident investigation and reporting to upper management/executives
• Standard safety management of a construction site

Job Requirements

• OSHA 30 and a minimum of 3 years experience in construction safety
• First Aid and CPR certification
• High school diploma
• Must be bilingual (Spanish)
• Must have a valid driver’s license, clean driving record and reliable transportation
• Must pass a government background check
• Some Site Safety Specialists may need to travel to various job sites and be onsite for up to 2 weeks consecutively, based on project demands; not applicable for all
• All employees hired must pass a pre‑employment drug test, have a valid driver’s license and/or reliable means of transportation, and proof of legal ability to work in the U.S.

$40 - $50 an hour

Overtime will be paid for any hours over 40.
