Job summary

SupportFinity™ is looking for a Health & Safety Specialist in Colorado to develop and implement a robust safety program. This role involves direct field engagement and strategic oversight in creating safety protocols and training for employees.

The ideal candidate will have at least 7 years of experience in safety management, the requisite degrees, and certifications, including ASP and ideally CSP, with a focus on OSHA compliance.

Qualifications

• Must reside in Colorado for an on-site, field-active role.
• 7+ years in developing and managing safety programs.
• Experience leading Root Cause Analysis (RCA) investigations.

Responsibilities

• Develop a comprehensive library of Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
• Conduct Job Hazard Analyses (JHAs) to evaluate risks.
• Champion proactive safety culture across the organization.
