Job summary

Qualifications

• Medical record background and computer knowledge preferred.

Responsibilities

• Respond to patient records requests and inquiries in a helpful, friendly and professional manner.
• Provide patient information and assist with birth/death certificates and submission to the Hawaii State Department of Health while safeguarding confidentiality.
