Job summary

CVS Health is seeking a Proposal Specialist in Washington to provide strategic and technical support for the sales process. You will design customer-centered proposals focusing on financial positioning, product offerings, and network access, using knowledge of pricing methodologies to drive decision making.

You will gather information, prepare responses, assist with plan design reviews, and contribute to sales presentations and marketing surveys.

Qualifications

• 2+ years EAP industry experience.
• 2+ years experience communicating and delivering presentations to cross-functional teams and internal stakeholders.
• Strong background in professional writing, with proven experience crafting clear, concise, and well-structured responses to inquiries.
• Adept at growth mindset (agility and developing yourself and others) skills.

Responsibilities

• Establish and implement results-based programs for the Proposals area, under direct supervision.
• Gathers information from source systems to complete proposals and calculates fees within assigned variance authority levels.
• Arranges questionnaire responses based on case-specific quotation strategy and customer priorities.
• Assists with plan design review, prepares deviation documents, and compiles proposals for ancillary coverage.
• Contributes material for sales presentations and marketing surveys.
• Takes direction to execute techniques, processes, and responsibilities.
