Responsibilities

  • Manage calendars, schedule meetings and book travel arrangements.
  • Coordinate program-related projects by tracking timelines and tasks.
  • Maintain departmental files, databases, and records for accuracy and accessibility.
  • Prepare instructional materials and program documents for the Health Promotion Studies Program.
  • Provide ongoing administrative support to faculty and staff and coordinate communications.
