Responsibilities

Develop and implement new programs, including project and work plans.
Execute program development efforts with provider and/or internal organizations.
Propose new programs and strategies by researching industry trends.
Develop provider and/or internal training modules.
Develop and track outcomes measures for specific populations.
Analyze and interpret outcome data and present to management.
Propose funding opportunities.
Direct cross-departmental teams in program development and improvement.
Represent company in community and state meetings related to specific populations.
