• Utilize corporate and industry standard tools to oversee programs according to procedures.
• Maintain detailed business process documentation including minutes, action items, issues lists and risk plans.
• Create and monitor department deliverables to ensure adherence to quality standards and policy documentation.
• Communicate program status to management and stakeholders; identify resources and mitigate risks.
• Coordinate cross-functional meetings and manage projects through full life cycle.
• Provide leadership and negotiate with stakeholders to secure resources and resolve issues.
