Qualtrics is seeking a Director of Public Policy in Illinois to monitor, interpret, and respond to evolving healthcare policy. You will lead strategic efforts, analyze reporting requirements, and advocate with CMS, NQF, and AHRQ to influence product strategy and client operations.

In this role you will draft corporate positions, prepare public comments, and present policy trends to executives and clients at industry events. Travel ~25% and manage a growing policy team within a hybrid work model.

Qualificações

• 10+ years of experience in health policy, regulatory affairs, or related healthcare role.
• Bachelor’s degree required; Master’s preferred.
• Excellent written, verbal, and presentation skills with executive presence.

Responsabilidades

• Monitor and interpret policy developments to inform product, marketing, and operations.
• Lead government liaisons with CMS, NQF, AHRQ and related bodies.
• Develop corporate positions and draft official comment letters for rulemaking and RFIs.
• Present policy trends to clients and at industry events.
• Manage and mentor Policy Analysts and budget planning for the department.
