Qualifications

• Requires a bachelor's degree or higher or high school diploma with 4 years of relevant experience; MBA/MPH strongly preferred.
• Requires at least 7 years of experience in product strategy, product management, or health plan products.
• Experience supporting product strategy, roadmaps, business cases, and evaluating performance.
• Deep understanding of health plan products, market dynamics, and regulatory environments.
• Extensive knowledge of ACA guidelines and Individual & Family Plan markets.
• Strong project management and organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.

Responsibilities

• Translate market insights, business objectives, and regulatory requirements into actionable product strategies.
• Define portfolio direction, roadmaps, and product recommendations to drive growth and retention.
• Develop business cases and evaluate product performance, growth opportunities, and profitability drivers.
