Job summary

Jefferson Health seeks a Product and Regulatory Implementation Manager to drive end-to-end health plan product implementations and regulatory initiatives across our enterprise. You will coordinate across clinical, IT, operations and compliance teams to ensure timely, compliant, and high-quality delivery.

The role requires strong project management, cross-functional collaboration, and deep regulatory knowledge to translate requirements into executable plans and measurable outcomes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required with 5+ years in product development, regulatory implementation, or PM.
• Experience in healthcare regulatory requirements and CMS filings.
• Strong cross-functional collaboration and stakeholder management.
• Experience with system integration, data migration, and SIT/UAT.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end implementation of products and regulatory initiatives across internal systems and external platforms.
• Serve as primary contact for internal teams, clients, and partners; provide updates and manage challenges.
• Develop implementation documentation, workflows, training materials, and client resources.
• Translate requirements into workplans, timelines, and deliverables.
• Coordinate with IT and operations to define system requirements and validate data flows.
• Monitor progress, manage risks, and implement contingency plans.
• Provide post-implementation support and continuous improvement.
