Job summary

Jefferson Health is seeking an experienced product leader to drive enterprise-level product strategy across multiple platforms. You will manage stakeholder ecosystems, define roadmaps aligned with organizational goals, and guide innovation, accessibility, and user experience improvements.

You will collaborate with UX, Architecture, QA, and Release teams, lead Agile ceremonies, and champion automation to improve testing and delivery outcomes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, or related field or High School Diploma/GED and 10 years preferred work experience.
• 7 years in product management or technical leadership
• Strong understanding of Agile methodologies (Scrum/SAFe) and product lifecycle
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management
• Ability to define acceptance criteria and ensure test coverage
• Familiarity with test planning, UAT coordination, and defect management

Responsibilities

• Manage and prioritize product backlog items to maximize business value
• Write clear user stories and refine requirements with stakeholders and development teams
• Establish enterprise UAT standards, governance, and metrics; drive adoption across product lines
• Ensure stakeholder engagement and sign-off for critical releases; align testing strategy with portfolio priorities
• Champion automation and advanced testing methodologies (e.g., contract testing, performance baselines)
• Review post-release quality outcomes and lead root-cause analysis for systemic issues
• Facilitate Agile ceremonies (stand-ups, sprint planning, demos, retrospectives)
• Collaborate with cross-functional partners (UX, Architecture, QA, Release) to ensure delivery readiness
• Monitor product performance, collect feedback, and inform roadmap decisions
