Job summary

Jefferson Health Plans seeks a Product Manager to own strategy, roadmap, and execution of healthcare products across the organization. You will coordinate across cross-functional teams to translate priorities into actionable initiatives and measurable outcomes.

Responsibilities include defining product vision, market analysis, regulatory alignment, and lifecycle management from concept through launch and optimization, driving value for patients and the organization.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree required.
• At least 5 years of product management in healthcare.
• Master’s Degree preferred.
• 2 years experience with Medicare Advantage and/or ACA products.
• Understanding of CMS and state regulatory filings.
• Strong financial and business acumen.

Responsibilities

• Define and own product vision, strategy, and roadmap aligned to organizational priorities.
• Own end-to-end product lifecycle: ideation, design, development, launch, and optimization.
• Ensure compliant product designs with CMS, state and federal regulations.
• Identify opportunities and drive continuous improvement and innovations.
