American Health Partners is seeking a Senior Engagement Manager to lead the Participating SNF Engagement strategy and cultivate strong, reciprocal relationships with nursing home partners. You will drive facility-level engagement, align with the health plan’s goals, and help position facilities for the plan’s Model of Care while supporting enrollment goals.

You will collaborate cross-functionally with Product, Sales, Marketing, Finance and Operations to monitor KPIs, manage implementation

Formación

• 3+ years in health care / managed care with leadership experience.
• Experience with value-based and risk-based negotiating arrangements.
• Proven ability to build relationships with external executives and stakeholders.

Responsabilidades

• Implements and executes the Participating SNF Engagement strategy; establishes strong, collaborative relationships with partner facilities in support of health plan goals.
• Works cross-organizationally with local health plan team, Network, Market Medical Director and Marketing as needed.
• Achieves facility-level engagement goals.
• Collaborates with health-plan functions (Product, Sales, Marketing, Member Experience, Finance, Network, Clinical, Quality, Operations and Local Care Delivery and Care Management).
