Qualifications

• 3+ years in health care / managed care with leading teams.
• Experience with value-based or risk-based arrangements.
• Proven ability to build external executive relationships.

Responsibilities

• Manage cross-functional implementation projects with time, budget, and quality goals.
• Collaborate with local health plan, Network, Marketing, and Operations teams.
• Engage facilities to meet enrollment and engagement targets.
• Communicate progress and provide implementation documentation.
• Identify barriers and develop mitigation plans to ensure success.
• Understand client business needs and translate into actionable health plan services.
