American Health Plans, a division of American Health Partners Inc., is seeking an implementation lead to coordinate cross-functional rollout of SNF engagement strategies across facilities. This role focuses on building strong facility relationships and driving enrollment-related initiatives within approved budgets and timelines.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in health care / managed care organization with demonstrated track record of increasing responsibility and accountability to include leading and facilitating teams.
• Experience with value base and risk-based negotiating arrangements.
• Demonstrated success building relationships with external executives and stakeholders; possesses a strong ability to persuade.

Responsabilités

• Owns cross-functional implementation projects to deliver on schedule and budget.
• Communicates implementation progress to team members and stakeholders.
• Builds and sustains facility-level relationships with partner facilities to support health plan goals.
• Tracks KPIs and ensures implementation data repository and documentation are up to date.
• Provides customer feedback to internal teams regarding implementation requests and product enhancements.
• Ensures compliance with all requirements.
