Job summary

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; college degree preferred.
• Minimum 2 years of customer service or call center experience.
• Proficient typing and strong written communication skills.
• Ability to learn complex health plan information and policies.

Responsibilities

• Respond to high volumes of calls, emails, and chats from members and providers.
• Help members understand benefits, claims, and coverage details.
• Document interactions and navigate multiple systems efficiently.
• Deliver empathetic, professional service on every contact.
