Job summary

UPMC Health Plan is seeking a Supervisor, Claims in the CHC Claims Operations department for a full-time hybrid role in the Pittsburgh area. You’ll balance remote work with occasional in-office presence as needed to support the team.

The ideal candidate has management experience, leads with a focus on training, performance, and process improvement, and drives timely and accurate claim inventories while maintaining regulatory compliance.

Qualifications

• Requires management level experience planning and directing.
• Must train personnel and provide evaluations.
• Strong communication and relationship-building across departments.
• Experience with health insurance operations preferred.
• Medical terminology or billing experience helpful.
