Job summary

CVS Health is hiring for a Client Support role focused on plan changes, ID card facilitation, and reporting within a pharmaceutical/insurance setting. The position involves inbound calls, invoicing tasks, and supporting the implementation lifecycle.

Applicants should have 5+ years in pharmacy/PBM/insurance, be able to travel up to 25%, and ideally hold a Certified Pharmacy Technician credential. A Bachelor's degree is preferred; Salesforce experience is a plus.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in a pharmacy, PBM, and/or insurance setting.
• Ability to travel up to 25% of time within the continental United States.
• Certified Pharmacy Technician is preferred.
• Bachelor's degree is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Perform and support plan changes.
• Perform ID card facilitation.
• Complete any necessary reporting (scheduled, ad-hoc).
• Conduct inbound phone calls.
• Complete invoices and terminations.
• Documentation requests and implementation support.
• Serve as a presence during the implementation process.
• Facilitate external-facing meetings.
• Oversee prior authorization and accessibility processes.
• Oversee resolution of claims issues.
