Job summary

HMSA Center would like to hire a Customer Experience Associate to deliver an exceptional, customer-focused HMSA Center experience for members and customers. You will address health care and insurance questions, promote HMSA's service standards, and build trust with visitors.

As the first point of contact, you will greet guests warmly, identify problems, and guide customers to solutions while educating them about HMSA products and enrollment options.

Qualifications

• Associate's degree and two years of related experience or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
• Active Hawaii license or pass all four sections of the state licensing examination within three months of hire; Hawaii license to sell Health, Life and Group Insurance is a condition of employment.

Responsibilities

• Provide an exceptional customer-focused HMSA Center experience and promote HMSA's service excellence.
• Build enduring relationships with customers as their trusted advisor and deliver on commitments.
• Understand HMSA products and services; analyze needs, propose solutions, and close opportunities.
• Move customers along the health continuum toward HMSA's vision in every interaction.
• Educate customers on health care, insurance aspects, and enrollment using simple, clear language.
• Maintain a clean, professional HMSA Center environment and stock collateral.
