Job summary

HMSA is seeking a customer experience professional for an HMSA Center in Hawaii who delivers an exceptional, customer-focused experience. You will build trust with members, understand their health needs and explain HMSA products and services clearly.

Responsibilities include greeting customers warmly, guiding them through issues, and supporting sales and satisfaction goals while maintaining a clean, welcoming center environment.

Qualifications

• Associate's degree and two years of related experience.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
• Active Hawaii health, life and group insurance license is a condition of employment, or ability to obtain.
• Active license with Hawaii DCCA or pass all four licensing sections within three months of hire.

Responsibilities

• Provide customers with an exceptional HMSA Center experience.
• Build enduring relationships with customers as their trusted advisor.
• Understand products, analyze needs, and propose solutions that meet customer needs.
• Promote HMSA's brand message and commitment to service excellence.
• Maintain cleanliness and professional appearance of the HMSA Center.
