As a frontline representative, you will learn HMSA products, maintain a welcoming atmosphere, support self-service tools, and assist with sales opportunities while ensuring compliance and service standards are met.

Qualifications

• Assist customers in navigating benefits, premiums, payments, and enrollment.

Responsibilities

• Create a warm, welcoming HMSA Center experience for all customers.
• Greet customers and identify their needs; guide to solutions or referrals.
• Maintain cleanliness and presentation of the HMSA Center environment.
• Support and stock collateral and refreshment stations.
• Handle phone inquiries and educate customers on HMSA resources.
