Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field is required.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in PBM operations.
• Minimum of 3 years of consulting experience in health with a focus on technology solutions.

Responsibilities

• Conduct assessments of PBM operations to identify optimization opportunities.
• Develop and implement data-driven PBM strategies aligned with client goals.
• Apply pharmacy regulations and industry best practices to ensure compliance.
• Evaluate and recommend tech solutions for claims processing, analytics, and automation.
• Manage technology implementation workstreams and integration into client ops.
• Define KPIs with clients and monitor improvements; adjust as needed.
• Coach a team of consultants and analysts to foster collaboration and excellence.
