Develop and support data-driven PBM strategies aligned to client goals.
Apply pharmacy regulations and industry best practices for compliance guidance.
Evaluate and recommend technology solutions to improve PBM ops, incl. claims processing, data analytics & automation.
Manage technology implementation workstreams and integrate into client operations.
Define KPIs with clients, support improvement plans, monitor impact, and adjust outcomes.
Coach and direct a team of consultants and analysts for collaboration and continuous improvement.
Stay informed on health trends, emerging tech, and regulatory changes.
